Exam Pattern for AHC RO ARO & CA 2026
Stage 1: Preliminary Exam Pattern
- Type of exam: objective multiple -choice Questions (MCQs)
- Mode: OMR Based ( Offline)
- Total Marks: 200 Marks
- Time Duration for exam: 03 hours (180 Minutes)
- Negative Marking: There is no negative marking, but candidates must read the instructions carefully on the question paper as given during exam by NTA.
Stage 2: Mains Exam Pattern ( Subjective)
- Section A: Essay Writing in English ( Approx. 200 words), 30 Marks
- Section B: Precis Writing in English, 30 Marks
- Section C(i): Translation English to Hindi, 25 Marks
- Section C(ii): Translation Hindi to English, 25 Marks
- Section D: English Comprehension, 40 Marks
Stage 3: Computer Typing Test
- Format:A continuous passage of approx. 500 words will provided on the computer screen.
- Duration:20 Minutes
- Maximum Marks:50 Marks
- Minimum Qualification: Candidates must score atleast 25 out of 50 Marks.
- Speed Requirement: Minimum 25 WPM in English typing is mandatory to be considered for the final meril list.
