Department of medical health & Family Welfare Uttar Pradesh has released the notice about training of Auxiliary Nurses & Midwife (ANM) for the session of 2026. The application for this training can be apply online by female candidates only. the duration of accepting online application from 01.07.2026 to 31.07.2026. Educational Qualificaton
- Female candidates should have passed intermediate (10+2) examination from UP board or equivalent.
- Female candidates of GEN/OBC/EWS must have 45% marks and SC/ST should have minimum 40% marks 10+2 examination from up board or equivalent.
- ASHA karyakatri or ASHA sangini should have above minimum qualification along with 05 years work experience with satishfactory signed of Chief Medical Officer.
Application Fee Details
- For General Candidates: Rs 200/-
- For SC/ST/OBC Candidates: Rs 100/-
- Fee payment can be only online mode through the UPI or Debit card, Netbanking.
Age Limit (as on 31/12/2025)
- Minimum Age: 17 Years.
- Maximum Age: 35 Years.
- Age relaxation for the reserved candidates will be as per government rule.

- Login by using these cridential and fill the essential qualification details further have to upload the related document as Photo, Sign in proper size as picture format but 10th, 12th, cotegory certificate and character certificate will be in pdf format as per given size.
- Pay the Fee as per cotegory. after doing the payment kindly download fee reciept and go to the next part of selection of training center choosing list between 36.
- After Submit the final application candidates must have to print or save the soft copy of fee payment and application form for the future communication further.
